I have been serving as a floorcovering specialist and decorator since 1996 and have had the privilege of assisting several area contractors, builders, and homeowners in the Huntsville and surrounding areas. It’s always such a rewarding feeling to help someone bring their own personal touches into a home and hearing their excitement over the finished product.

Chad Borden, Commercial Sales Professional

Chad Borden is married with twin daughters. He is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Economics and Finance. He is a third generation floor covering professional with a father, grandfather, several uncles, and cousins all who at one time or another have earned a living in the floor covering industry, with experience ranging from installer to store owner. Chad’s personal experience includes over 10 years of installation of various floor coverings while specializing in hardwoods and tile installation. He also has 10+ years of management where he was in charge of a multimillion dollar per year flooring store. While with Carpet One, the first 2 years his primary focus was to manage the installers and quality control on the jobsite. He has recently transitioned to lead a growing commercial sales business for Carpet One, utilizing relationships he has developed over the last 3 years. Chad has completed several manufacture specific training courses, and spent most of his career developing skills to become a true professional in the floor covering industry.

Nita Palmer, Office Manager
